We want you to be completely satisfied with your DF64 coffee grinder; if you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that used grinders may be subject to a restocking fee to ensure the quality and hygiene of our inventory.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Grinder
Thoroughly clean the burrs and hopper, then pack the unit securely in its original box with all included accessories and manuals.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the device for damage and usage, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
